On June 18, 2019, Mr. Zhang, API auditor from American Petroleum Institute (API) and his audit team carried out the annual recertification audit of API Quality Management System at Shanxi Fusen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. After two days of intensive inspection, the company successfully passed the annual audit.
At the opening meeting, Liu Kemin, Chairman of the Company, extended a warm welcome to the audit team on behalf of all staff, and required all departments to fully cooperate to guarantee smooth audit progress. Afterwards, Auditor Mr. Zhang conducted a comprehensive inspection covering quality system administration, technical R&D, procurement management, production control and on-site workshop conditions. He verified the practical implementation of the company’s quality management system via document review and on-site inquiries. At the closing meeting, the auditor confirmed that the company’s quality management system functions effectively and complies with API specifications, with only minor non-conformities pending rectification. Chairman Liu Kemin instructed all relevant departments to complete corrective actions strictly in accordance with API standards to ensure full implementation of standardized quality management.
