To improve employees' professional proficiency, a vocational skills contest for staff of Lacquerware and Fusen companies was successfully completed within 20 days from April 21 to May 11, 2020. Led by the company’s senior management, organized by the Human Resources Department and supported by all departments, the event saw active participation from all employees. The competition helped participants upgrade their practical capabilities to varying degrees. Going forward, such skill contests will be institutionalized regularly via diversified forms to help employees enjoy their work and achieve steady personal growth.
Meanwhile, the company rolled out systematic training covering work execution capability as well as occupational health and safety knowledge to facilitate the all-round development of employees alongside professional skill improvement.
