On December 13, 2011, colorful banners fluttered and balloons hung high in Linyi Industrial Park as the groundbreaking ceremony kicked off for the ceramic proppant project of Shanxi Fusen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Over 500 attendees gathered for the event, including leaders from the county’s four major administrative bodies, Party and government officials of Niudu Town, Yishi Town and Linjin Town, village committee cadres of Yangjiazhuang Village, heads of relevant functional authorities, neighboring park enterprises and representatives from all walks of local society.
Pan Jianzu, Deputy County Magistrate, delivered an address at the ceremony. He remarked that the ceramic proppant project marked another major achievement amid the county’s annual campaign of major project construction, development competition and performance appraisal. The initiative carries great significance for optimizing local industrial structure and boosting industrial economic strength, and will fuel fiscal revenue growth, create job opportunities and drive overall economic expansion. He urged authorities of Yishi Town, Niudu Town and relevant county departments to streamline administrative procedures, provide dedicated follow-up services under the principle of one-stop approval, personalized butler-style support and enclosed park management to guarantee smooth construction and early commissioning. Liu Kemin, Chairman of Shanxi Fusen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., made a concluding commitment. With guidance from the county Party committee and government as well as supervision and support from competent departments, the company will race against the schedule to carry out construction with high standards and superior workmanship. Strict controls will be implemented over project quality, construction progress, cost budgeting and site safety. Leveraging top-tier management and advanced technologies, Fusen aims to build a premium project and manufacture high-quality products for an early completion and profitable operation, contributing to the county’s economic restructuring and leapfrog development.
